SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all products within India.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the UK, USA, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UAE. Free shipping is available on international orders above USD 250, calculated on the product total after any applicable discounts. International orders are typically delivered within 15 to 20 business days. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in product or shipping charges. Most countries levy import duties at the time of port entry, which vary depending on the destination and product category. Customers are required to pay applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency upon delivery, after receiving an invoice from the shipping agent. Any documents required by local authorities for customs clearance must be arranged by the customer. In the event of non-payment of duties or non-availability of documents, if delivery is denied by local authorities, Studio Rainforest will not be liable for any refund.

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used to monitor shipment progress on the courier partner’s website. Domestic deliveries typically take 3 to 7 working days from dispatch, while international deliveries may take 15 to 20 working days. Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by banks or third-party payment gateways are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY

Studio Rainforest endeavours to deliver products within the estimated timelines but does not guarantee delivery within the stipulated period mentioned at the time of purchase. Failure to deliver within the stated timeframe does not entitle repudiation of the contract. If a customer fails to accept delivery, Studio Rainforest reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs. In cases of failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing to accept the parcel, Studio Rainforest will not be liable for any refund or reattempt delivery charges. Such orders may be considered abandoned by the courier company.
