Do you have a physical store?

No, Studio Rainforest currently operates exclusively online.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are printed and manufactured in and around Gurgaon, India.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India.

What are the dispatch timelines?

If the required size is in stock, the product is usually dispatched within 4-5 working days of placing the order. If the required size is not in stock , we usually take 15-20 working days to dispatch the product.

What is your exchange or refund policy?

For all exchange requests, customers must contact us within three days of receiving their package at +919910822347. Our team may request additional information or photographs to assess the request. Products must be returned with original tags intact, unworn, and free from stains, makeup marks, or damage.

Please note that we take pride in delivering the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Minor variations in colour, printing, or placement are not considered defects. These differences are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and make each piece unique.

Do you design custom pieces on order?

How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide and product measurement chart to help you select the appropriate size. If you require additional assistance with sizing or fit, please email us at rainforest.hq@gmail.com.

How do I care for my garment?

Our garments are handmade, and due to the use of organic processes and natural dyes, colour bleeding may occur. We recommend dry cleaning only to maintain the quality and longevity of the garment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI as payment methods.
